โ ๏ธControlling Pests (Pf) โข Observed multiple burrows rat droppings and large flies in the basement. To get to the basement you need to leave the food establishment which has a solid door. Take a right out of the food establishment go through another soild door walk down the hallway and on your left hand side is the door leading to go down the stairs into the basement. No food items are stored in the basement. They do store paper products. PIC was able to provide past pest report and multiple emails to the landlord. The pest report states that the food establishment is clean and no catches or activity. No evidence of rodent droppings were present in the food establishment at today's inspection. Pest report will be sent over with this report. Also observed voids and holes in the ceiling stagnant water on the floor that located at the very back of the basement which looks like is coming from a hole in the wall. The establishment also has a sump pump. Observed 2 doors- we didn't feel comfortable opening up at the time of the inspection. Also observed a vent outside in the front of the store that needs to be inspected. Photos were taken at the time of the inspection. Provide detailed IPM report from a licensed exterminator. Clean sanitize and remove any pest droppings. Remove stagnant water from the floor. All identified or potential entry points and structural voids must be properly treated and sealed prior to the next inspection. Pest control service frequency should be increased as needed until the issue has been fully resolved and verified.
