Cleaning Procedure (P)criticalInspector note: Handsink in Fish/ Meat market area was clogged and had scoop from ice machine in it. When removed the sink was completely dried - PIC Removed the scoop and water was at a temperature of 87.5 I ran the water for a while. PIC went to have mixing valve checked and called plumber to check. Handsink should be for washing hands only and for no other purpose.
