Inspector note: PIC will need to provide a new test kit for the three bay sink. The one at location must have been dropped into the water and is wet.

Inspector note: PIC is working with pest control company to address the mouse issue. The pest control inspects each month and ceiling has a lot of traps and glue boards. PIC will email me copies of the pest control reports.

Inspector note: PIC will need to be sure all ceiling tiles are properly installed and mice have no gaps to get into the room. All pipes and wires should be boxed in also to help with the issue.
