By Wednesday December 9 2009 Popeyes must provide an action plan to the Health Division. The Health Division will return to the establishment on December 14 2009 to verify that the mitigation efforts have been successful.

Installed and MaintainedInspector note: While filling the three-bay sink with hot water no hot water was available to the hand sinks within the kitchen. Once the faucet to the three-bay sink was turned off hot water returned to the sinks. The automated system must be repaired to permit hot water to the hand sinks at all times.
