    Inspector note: Observed staff shucking oysters next to the pizza station. The pizza were located on the table next to where the staff member was shucking the oysters. Spoke to the PIC and asked after the oyster are shucked what do they do with them and he stated they are sent out over the flip top which containes ready to eat foods. Discontinue shucking oysters in the pizza area.
