All foods inside of the unit were voluntarily discarded at the time of the inspection. Disocntinue and ensure all units are being used for their poper function.

Discontinue and ensure all foods are being reheated and hot held at the proper temperature. PIC reheated rice to 165F at the time of the inspection.
