(They moved the grab and go items to behind the counter and the manager will call the main kitchen with any questions) 1/7/2020 There are still packaged foods in the grab and go refrigerators that do not have complete ingredient labels. Provide ingredient information with all the ingredients and sub-ingredients and major allergens clearly identified. 1/7/2020 They have a tuna nicoise salad in the grab and go refrigerator for sale that has partially cooked tuna on top. The tuna appears to go through a non-continuos cook process at the Everett commissary that would not meet the criteria for approval for a variance. Provide information about this procedure.
