    Inspector note: At the time of the inspection the PIC stated that the freezer unit was not working. The temperture inside the unit was 30F. PIC stated he called the refrigeration company earlier this am and scheduled a service call. At the time of the inspection I asked the PIC to call the company just to verify that the person schduled was on his way. I stated to the Owner that the temperature of the unit can not go above 41F and to keep an eye on the temperature gage. The food will be placed in the ice cream freezer if the temperature of the unit goes above 41F. Please provide an invoice from the licensed refrigeration company.

    Inspector note: Evidence of rodent droppings under the chip shelving. Clean to remove droppings. PIC was able to provide an updated pest report via email. The exterminator made recommendations on the report. Discussed with the PIC.
