Manual and Mechanical Warewashing Equipment Chemical Sanitization-Temperature pH Concentration and Hardness (P)criticalInspector note: At the bar's chemical warewashing machine tested at 0PPM chlorine three times; repair or replace chemical warewashing machine so that it dispenses sanitizer at correct PPM. A service call was placed while the inspection was active to repair the chemical warewashing machine and the staff were instructed by the PIC to use the three compartment sink until the chemical warewashing machine is fixed. After multiple runs and swapping the sanitizer bottles and after the service all was placed the chemical warewashing machine tested at 50ppm.

System Maintained in Good Repair (C)Inspector note: At the water heater in the back of house there is a leak causing water to come out and go into the nearby drain; the person in charge states the water heater began leaking on 1-28-2026 and a replacement unit is scheduled to be installed on 1-29-2026.
