    Inspector note: At the bar's chemical warewashing machine tested at 0PPM chlorine three times; repair or replace chemical warewashing machine so that it dispenses sanitizer at correct PPM. A service call was placed while the inspection was active to repair the chemical warewashing machine and the staff were instructed by the PIC to use the three compartment sink until the chemical warewashing machine is fixed. After multiple runs and swapping the sanitizer bottles and after the service all was placed the chemical warewashing machine tested at 50ppm.
