    Inspector note: Jose Rose stated at the time of the inspection that he had been aware of an issue where there was water entering the establishment through the basment for approximately a month. There is a hose that is connecting from the basement draining on the the street into the storm drain. Make all necessary repairs and provide documentation of all repairs made from a licensed plumber. Establishment is to remain closed until all repairs have been made and authorization has been given from the City of Boston to re-open.
