Light fixture appears to be not secured properly to the ceiling. Address. PIC stated water had been leaking from ceiling in the back bathroom. No work has been on roof or existing issues with ceiling. PIC stated that building inspector had been on site 3 weeks prior to address issue. Roof is still leaking as of 6/3/09.
