Owner states that containers are left out for the lunch rush for about an hour / Items were returned to refrigeration. Provide proper cold holding temperatures. Plastic container of shrimp in top reach in 50F / Discussed keeping product directly in container for the top reach in. Shrimp moved to bottom of reach in to cool down after being prepped an hour and a half ago.
