Inspector note: Observed rodent droppings on the ground in the electrical room which is a shared space. Observed hole in the ceiling and open wall that leads to a dirt floor. All identified or potential entry points and structural voids must be properly treated and sealed prior to the next inspection Observed a few pipes on the side of the building that are not capped or have mesh on them. Please speak to the exterminator about these pipes. PIC was able to provide a pest report and the exterminator is schedule to come out tonight. Pest report states catches in the electrical room not in the restaurant. Please consult with a licensed pest control/extermination company and obtain a detailed report confirming that there are no pest captures no signs of activity and no sanitation concerns. Pest control service frequency should be increased as needed until the issue has been fully resolved and verified.

Observed rodent droppings on the ground outside. Clean to remove all rodent droppings. Observed linen barrells with soild linens being stored outside. Ensure all linens are properly stored. Observed debris between the freezer unit and the stairs. Clean grounds in the trash area to remove all debris and shells.

Observed disorganized walk in small freezer in the kitchen area. Please organize the walk in freezer.
