Inspector note: In the basement prep area personal items are stored at various places thoughout the prep area. Provide beter storage of personal belongings. Keep all items consolidated snd away from an active prep area. In the basement kitchen and at the upstairs kitchen keep all brooms dust pans and mops at least 6 inches off the ground when not in use. In the basement prep area clean out areas on top of the coolers and the storage area. Remove all unecessary items stored at the locations.
