  Inspector note: Location did no have a prep sink. PIC will need to have a plumber come by and see if a prep sink can be installed. If not please have a report on the plumbers letter head stating this and provide that to me with a SOP on how you wash the fruits and vegetables in the three bay before the day starts. If the prep sink can be install please have an air gap also installed.
