Inspector note: At this time found high temperature dishwasher rinse at 202F It was 172F at the plate. PIC stated that a new dishwasher has been ordered. As long at it 160F at the plate you can use the dishwasher. Please see if it is a adjustment that you can do to the rinse temp to read properly.
