All foods to be removed and placed into a refrigeration unit that is operating below 41F. All foods inside of the unit had just been prepared and placed into the unit.Carboard observed lining several shelves in the kitchen area. Discontinue use and ensure all surfaces remain cleanable durable and smooth.
