Non-Food Contact SurfacesInspector note: Condensor of the walk-in cooler appears to be leaking. Address and make any necessary repairs. Ice machine not operating properly. Repair. Front 2 door cooler with an elevated temperature of 48F. Discontinue use of the unit unless it is able to maintain a temperature of below 41F. PIC (Freddy) removed all the foods in the unit at the time of the inspection and placed them into the walk-in refrigerator.
