Address and make any necessary repairs. 3 Door deli style cooler with an elevated temperature of 44F. Discontinue use unless the unit is able to maintain a temperauture of below 41F. All TCS foods were removed at the time of the inspection and placed into a unit that was operating below 41F. Delivery had arived in the morning. Door of the 3 door deli style unit does not appear to be attached properly alllowing for cold air to escape. Address and make any necessary repairs. Floor vent in the back kitchen area with no cover posing a tripping hazard for staff. Cover to minimize tripping hazard.
