All TCS foods were removed at the time of the inspection adn placed into a refrigeration unit that was operating below 41F. Sliced onions and tomato's inside of the front service open air cooler with a slightly elevated temperature of 49F. Discontontinue use unless the unit is able to maintain a temperature of below 41F.

Discontinue use unless the unit is able to maintian a temperature of below 41F. 4 Drawer cooler does not appear to be functioning properly and with an elevated temperature. Address discontinue use and make any necessary repairs. Front service open air cooler does not appear to be functioning properly. Address and make any necessary repairs.
