Discontinue and ensure all preparation is being done in a clean and sanitized area to enusre no contamination from soiled equipment. At the time of the inspection a cutting board knife and sliced watermelon was observed at the wash portion of the 3 bay sink. Jackets and bags observed being stored in boxes filled with bananas and apples. Discontinue and store all personal belongings appropriately
