  Inspector note: Observed rodent droppings on the floor in the bakery area underneath the table and behind the pastery case. Also in the compact room in the corner. Observed lines in the floor near the receiving door. PIC stated they just put those spaces in. Day light is coming through this needs to be corrected. Ensure no daylight is coming through. Observed weeds on the side of the building. Remove all weeds. Observed trash on the ground near the compactor and trash area. Clean to remove all debris. Observed debis under the trash compactor. Clean and Sanitize. Observed stagnant water near the ovens and fryolators. And outside near the trash compactor. Remove all stagnant water.
