Nonfood-Contact Surfaces (C)Inspector note: At the time of the re-inspection the high temperature dish machine was still not functioning properly (not reaching the appropriate temperatures of (150/180F). Management is NOT to use the dish machine unless it is operating properly. 3 Bay sink is to be used until all repairs have been made. An email had sent at the time of the initial inspection for repairs to be made and at the time of the re-inspection repairs had still not been made.
