Controlling Pests (Pf)Inspector note: There was evidence of rodent activity observed in a counter display case after hours per a video sent to ISD Health Manager on site verified the incident.There is also evidence of fruit fly activity in the counter bakery display case(those items are display only)(Items have been removed & disposed).A small amount of mouse droppings were also observed in the dump sink lower cabinet Manager was instructed to contact pest control for service & provide all pest reports to ISDHealth@Boston.gov Upon re-inspection on 7.21.26 There were 3 mice observed on a glueboard inside the establishment at the end of the counter where the gate closes. The manager discarded the glue board The owner was instructed to contact pest control for service & send all reports to ISDHealth@Boston.gov
