  Inspector note: Floor drain in basment storage area is draining slow and puddling waste water above drain cover. Make all necessary repairs. Owen states in email sent on 3.14.22: "The water backing up into the basement floor drains had been addressed by pumping out the sewage ejection pit. The pit itself has two pumps one of which that had failed and the other is having electrical issues keeps tripping. A temporary pump has been installed to make sure the system continues to operate normally until the two main pumps can be repaired completely" Repair extension granted to complete repairs for permanent fix.
