Cold HoldingcriticalInspector note: The chicken soup on the steam table is 120F and the meatballs are 130F. Provide proper hot holding of 140F or above and make sure that items are not being reheated on steam tables. (Items were rehaeted in the microwave by PIC)

Adequate Handwashing/Where/When/HowcriticalInspector note: At the onset of the inspection the handsink in the back was turned off and the one in the front had no paper towels for employees to dry hands (paper towels were replaced). Throughout the inspection employees were observed switched tasks and donning new gloves without properly washing their hands. Train employees in proper handwashing techniques and necessity of proper handwashing. (Any employees that cannot properly wash their hands need to be restricted to non-food handling tasks)

Food Contact Surfaces CleancriticalInspector note: The three compartment sink cannot be setup properly because there is such a large leak at the sanitizer compartment. Repair so equipment can be cleaned properly.
