Discontinue use unless the unit is able to maintain a temperature of below 41F. All foods to be removed from the unit until repairs have been made or replaced. Cardboard being used to line several storage shelves in teh main kitchen area. Discontinue and ensure all surfaces remain cleanable durable and smooth to help minimize any roach activity.
