Produce recieving area with piled boxes trash and debri on floor and in vicininty of compactor. Thoroughly clean floors throughout under around and behind in place equipment throughout store and under grocery isle gondolas. Debri and chicken bone observed on floors under cake mix in grocery isle. Clean to remove. Meat room with damaged peeling floor surface with exposed concrete. Repair/replace.
