System Maintained in Good Repair (C)Inspector note: Observed water on the floor in the warewash area. 3 bay sink has a leak. Repair the leak at the 3 bay sink. Contact licensed plumber to repair. Remove stagnant water on the floor. PIC stated that the construction company comes in after hours to repair the floor and they remove the sink. Please ensure that the 3 bay sink has been repaired no leak and no stagnant water is on the floor for the next inspection.

Maintaining Premises Unnecessary Items and Litter (C)Inspector note: Observed debris and trash under the dumpster. At the time of the re inspection the trash was being picked up by trash company. Spoke to the PIC on the importance of cleaning in and around the trash area. Please remove trash and debris under the dumpster.

Repairing-Premises Structures Attachments and Fixtures-Methods (C)Inspector note: Observed broken/cracked tiles on the sides of counter and a hole down the other end of the counter that needs to be filled to ensure no rodent activity. Repair to prevent pest entry. Observed a few tiles on the back stairs leading to the trash area that are missing. Repair the tiles. At the time of the re inspection the PIC stated that they are having the warewash area floors being re done. PIC was able to provide documentation and show photos of the process. PIC stated that the construction company comes in after hours to make the repairs.
