Inspector note: PREP KITCHEN- walk in refrigeration unit and 2 door freezer needs to be hooked up. PIC stated the electrician is replacing the electrical outlet. Mop sinks- both were being installed at the time of the inspection. Employee bathroom- not finished yet. Ensure signage means to dry hands soap and trash receptacles. Warewash area- High temp dishmachine W- 106F needs to be 150 wash to 180 Rinse. Rinse temp is ok. Warewash area- the small dishmachine next to the 3 bay sink. High temp or low temp. Ensure all dishmachine are running properly and have detergent sanitizer for low temp and detergent hot water and thermometers for high temp.
