Consumer AdvisoriescriticalInspector note: The laminated menus have an acceptable consumer advisory. However there is no disclosure. The raw or undercooked items must be identified on the menu. For example there should be a highlight asterisk or some identifier beside the burger selection any egg selection featuring an undercooked egg etc. The next time the menu is reprinted it must include a proper disclosure.
-
Food Utensil StorageInspector note: The dishes removed from the chemical dish washer must be kept separate / at a distance from the hand sink that is fitted into the drain board. When the dishes are stacked or staged to close to the hand sink they are subject to cross contamination (hand soap and soil from hands) from the sink. During the inspection coffee mugs and service trays were stored immediately adjacent to the hand sink.
-
Wiping Cloths Clean SanitizeInspector note: Rags soiled with butter and egg were observed on the cutting board of the front grill station. Soiled rags must be stored within properly set up sanitizing buckets when not in use.
-
Installed and MaintainedInspector note: The faucet fixtures to the hand sink adjacent to the dish machine were tightened too tightly to be opened with reasonable pressure. Once opened the faucet could not be fully closed and leaking was observed. The fixtures should be repaired to promote ease of use. The hand sink adjacent to the preparation sink and slicer needs to be reattached to the wall.
