Controlling Pests (Pf)Inspector note: In the basement observed multiple corners with small dark rodent droppings observed three captured deceased small rodents in sealed closets in the basement and what appears to be chewed materials and droppings in gaps between the drop ceiling and walls; have your pest control operator perform a service and as many services as needed to provide a clean pest control report (no evidence and no captures) have them check inside the drop ceiling for activity and perform any exclusionary work as there are multiple voids around pipes and joists in the basement to prevent pest entry and clean and sanitize the affected areas of droppings. Pest control report from 6/9/26 indicates there were multiple captured mice. The person in charge states they currently have monthly pest control service. It is highly suggested moving to a weekly service until the pest activity inside the establishment is gone.
