The report does not indicate if bait stations were placed in the ceiling where activity was noted by the Health Inspector. Have your pest control operator perform another service and as many services as needed to provide a clean pest control report (no activity no evidence sanitation is acceptable) and that the structural voids have been corrected and provide details about the work done in the drop ceiling in the basement.
