Food Contact Surfaces DesignInspector note: Damaged plastic grey container being used transport ice from the basement to the first floor bar. Replace. Small bowls being used to dispense flour out of containers. Discontinue and used a handled scoop to prevent contamination from hands.

Clean Equipment & Utensils StorageInspector note: Knife observed being stored in between cooler and table. Discontinue and store all knives in a clean and protected area.

Installed and MaintainedInspector note: Pipe under the hand sink in the main kitchen apopears to be leaking. Repair. 2 Bay sink with repairs made with blak tape. Discontinue and make proper repairs to the 2 bay preparation sink.
