    Inspector note: In the kitchen I found mops and mop buckets by the dishwasher. I asked staff where soiled water gets dumped and was told out side. Location does not have a mops sink. Please provide one. If not able to put one in please provide paperwork from a plumber so you can fill out a variance to use a toilet. Please review with staff not to dump soiled water outside in hand sinks or three bay sink.
