Controlling Pests (Pf)Inspector note: PIC will need to do a cleaning of the floors in the basement along the walls. I found old rodent droppings debris from wall in spots coming down around the grease trap. 6-11-25 PIC did clean up areas but will need to check the areas listed on the pest control report. Please address and have them come back out and do another inspection and remove the notes on report when you do them.

Food Storage Containers Identified with Common Name of Food (C)Inspector note: On cooking line found food conatiners without labels. Please besure that staff labels bulk food container small or large. 6-11-25 Please check for labels on bulk food containers. I discussed this with kitchen staff.

Ventilation Hood Systems Filters (C)Inspector note: PIC will need to have the hood filters cleaned and the hood sticker expired in MAy 2025. Please have both cleaned. Filters have been cleaned but pizza hood sticker will need to be replaced. PIC stated that they did come out but could have missed the sticker she will look into it.
