    Inspector note: Provide proper storage of food products in the walk-in refrigerator. Vegetables should be stored in a single area of the walk-in. They should be stored on one side or on the top shelves. Cooked food products should be stored beside or below the vegetables. Whole cuts of beef should be stored towards the middle. Ground beef and fish should be stored towards the bottom of the shelf. Chicken and eggs should be stored on the bottom. During the inspection a case of broccoli was observed beside a container of raw chicken. Whole shelled eggs were observed on the top shelf above vegetables.
