    Inspector note: Observed droppings in the basement and hallway strong urine smell in the basement and large flies. A few of the rooms have old worn out rugs. Recommended removing the rugs and clean and sanitizing the floors underneath to remove the old and new droppings and urine smell. PIC was able to provide the last 2 pest reports and stated that they are scheduled to come out 2 times a month. Also observed a runner going down the stairs to the basement. Recommended removing cleaning and sanitizing the stairs to remove urine smell. Please consult with a licensed pest control/extermination company and obtain a detailed report confirming that there are no pest captures no signs of activity and no sanitation concerns. All identified or potential entry points and structural voids must be properly treated and sealed prior to the next inspection. Pest control service frequency should be increased as needed until the issue has been fully resolved and verified.

Clean and maintain your area. • Observed items being stored in the basement hallway and in both non functional bathrooms in the basement. PIC stated previous tenant left all the items. Please remove and ensure everything is being properly stored 6 inches off the floor to ensure the exterminator can place bait traps.
