Inspector note: The ownership must contract a licensed exterminator to eliminate the rodent infestation. The ownership must instruct the licensed exterminator to provide a written Integrated Pest Management plan for the establishment. The plan must address the specific responsibilities of both the ownership staff and exterminator. Those responsibilities must include but are not limited to the following: sealing of all means of entrance proper baiting and trapping within the kitchen dining area and basement proper maintenance of equipment elimination of unnecessary items from the basement and cleaning and sanitizing of all equipment. At a minimum and in accordance with the exterminator's recommendations weekly pest service is a must. Once the infestation is eliminated the pest service may be scaled back to a bi-weekly or monthly basis.
