Controlling Pests (C)Inspector note: PIC was able to provide the updated pest report 8/24/26. Exterminator sealed a pipe put down more traps. Ensure staff is cleaning floors throughly and after speaking with the staff please ensure the patio doors are staying closed to prevent any rodents coming into the restaurant. Please send over the pest reports after each inspection for review. We need a report confirming that there are no pest captures no signs of activity and no sanitation concerns. All identified or potential entry points and structural voids must be properly treated and sealed prior to the next inspection. Pest control service frequency should be increased as needed until the issue has been fully resolved and verified.
