Holes in foundation have been cited on most recent IPM pest report dated 6.21.22 from Rentokil with heavy rat activity noted in the exterior loading dock wall.

It is recommended by I&E team that the business install motion sensor lighting in outside rear areas and alleyway. Camera facing rear of business is in disrepair per on site PIC. Repair.
