  Inspector note: Several holes in concrete cinderblock structure of loading dock uncapped open pipes protruding out of rear foundation cast iron stucture in wall of foundation with exposed openings. Seal all voids in exterior walls with pest proof materials. Holes in foundation have been cited on most recent IPM pest report dated 6.21.22 from Rentokil with heavy rat activity noted in the exterior loading dock wall.

  Inspector note: Rear egress stairway in a state of disrepair with crumbling concrete as stated by Deon Chandool ISD building inspector on site. Make all necessary repairs and provide engineers report as directed. Open areas in rear of store subject of complaints install fencing to secure all areas to maintain sanitary conditions. It is recommended by I&E team that the business install motion sensor lighting in outside rear areas and alleyway. Camera facing rear of business is in disrepair per on site PIC. Repair.
