Non-Food Contact SurfacesInspector note: The refrigeration units utilized to cold hold the raw hamburgers had failed just prior to BISD's inspection of the establishment. A service call had been placed to address the failure. The establishment had resorted to the storage of the raw product in metal pans set within ice. The product was observed to be maintained at the proper temperature 41 degrees F or below. Repair the unit and provide proper mechanical refrigeration of the raw product. • Provide missing compressor Fan covers for all refrigerators and Freezers.
