Inspector note: Reinspection 9/4/26 Pest report from Eco Lab with open conditions listed including sanitary concerns and outer opening notes concerning door sweeps. Address. Provide updated pest reporr. Provide updated IPM pest control report upon re inspection. Provide an updated Integrated Pest Management pest control report upon re-inspection. The pest control report must be post dated after today’s inspection. Ensure that the pest control report eventually states that there are no captures no evidence and that all structural voids have been treated and sealed with all exclusionary work addressed. Increase the frequency of pest control visits until the situation is brought under control. Literature explaining IPM has been provided to the PIC by email.
