  Inspector note: The roof above the establishment on the first floor of the parking garage appears to be leaking into the retail level. Determine source of moisture and make all necessary repairs. Roof area with HVAC units appears to not be secure. PIC states an unknown individual intentionally plugged roof drain with an empty cup and turned on a garden hose and let it run to inundate the area with water and during recent rain causing excess water on roof. Nevertheless the roof does appear to still be leaking. Make all necessary repairs. It is recommended that the area in question be better secured with garden hose access locked to dissuade unauthorized use.
