BFD inspector Lek Moy was on site prior to my arrival I spoke with the BFD inspector by telephone Establishment to remain Voluntarily closed per BFD inspector BFD inspector states that the hood system(motor/switch) needs to be repaired proper documentation provided before approval to be re-inspected for re-opening.
