Clean and sanitize all affected areas. Provide an updated IPM pest control report post dated after today upon re inspection. PIC was actively cleaning and sanitizing areas with droppings during inspection. Recent pest report dated 12/5/25 with open conditions listed. Provide updated pest report stating issues have been corrected.
