PIC to remove all potentially hazardous foods and place them into a refrigeration unit that has a temperature of below 41F. All foods that were inside of Coke cooler were prepared aound 1.5hrs prior. Several shelves covered with tin foil. Remove and ensure all surfaces remain cleanable durable and smooth.
