(A) Ceasing Operations and Reporting (Pf)Inspector note: At the time of the visit the suppression system had been accidentillay discharged by an employee. There was no fire noted and staff were in the process of cleaning and sanitizing the cooking line. No food was affected by the suppression system and Cintas had been called and is scheduled to be on site to recharge the system. Establishment is Voluntarily closed until the Ansul System has been recharged alarm system has been reset and approval has been given from the Buildings along with the Health Department.
